Construction Superintendent

This role leads field operations for complex commercial projects across the Columbus market. You will drive schedule, safety, quality, and field team performance from groundbreaking to closeout.

Description

* Direct daily field operations, ensuring schedule, safety, and quality targets are met.

* Coordinate subcontractors, self‑perform crews, materials, and equipment to maintain project flow.

* Build strong relationships with owners, architects, and project managers to resolve issues quickly.

* Manage labor budgets, track production, and proactively address cost or schedule risks.

* Mentor field staff and promote a positive, collaborative, and safety‑focused job-site culture.

Profile

* 5+ years of superintendent experience on ground-up or large renovation commercial projects.

* Proven ability to lead subcontractors and self-perform teams in fast‑paced environments.

* Strong scheduling skills, including short‑interval planning.

* Clear communicator who builds trust with clients and internal teams.

* Committed to safety, teamwork, and high‑quality execution.

Job Offer
