Bilingual Admin Assistant - Onsite NYC - $80 - $90K
An incredible growth opportunity with HR at a prestigious Financial Services firm. Seeking a Spanish speaking, highly motivated individual to join as an Administrative Assistant. Competitive salary of $80K to $90K to work 5 days on-site in Manhattan. Key responsibilities will include providing administrative and executive support to senior leadership, managing calenders, scheduling meetings, assisting with reports, etc.

Description
- MUST be Spanish speaking
Provide administrative and executive support to senior leadership
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
Assist with document management, filing, and expense tracking
Act as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders
Support HR and office management initiatives as needed
Profile
