Description

The Project Manager - Healthcare Construction - Chantilly, VA will be responsible for:

• Lead hospital renovation projects in active, occupied inpatient environments
• Manager project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Coordinate closely with field teams working in sensitive areas such as ICUs and birthing units
• Ensure all work is executed with professionalism, safety, and minimal disruption to patients and staff
• Maintain strong communication with ownership and internal stakeholders
• Uphold and model company core values

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Healthcare Construction - Chantilly, VA will have:

• Minimum 5+ years of healthcare construction experience
• Extensive inpatient hospital renovation experience
• Proven success working in active, occupied healthcare environments
• Healthcare, government or commercial experience
• Ability to lead construction projects with limited APM support
