Construction Project Manager
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of multifamily residential construction projects in Westchester County and New York City. This role involves planning, coordination, and execution, while ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Our client is a well-established general contractor based in White Plains, NY, specializing in residential construction across the multifamily sector-from affordable housing developments to luxury high-rise projects. With a strong reputation for delivering quality work on time and within budget, they are looking to add an experienced Construction Project Manager to their growing team.
Description
As Construction Project Manager, you are responsible for:
Leading and managing multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
Create and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules
Coordinate with developers, architects, engineers, and city agencies
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
Ensure project compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external partners
Profile
5+ years of project management experience in residential multifamily construction
Proven experience with both affordable housing and luxury projects is preferred
Strong knowledge of New York City and Westchester County building codes and construction processes
Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
OSHA certification and a valid driver's license required
