We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our clients real estate investment and analysis team within the Chicago real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial activities and strategies, providing key insights for business decisions.

Description

• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
• Analyze complex financial information and provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts
• Provide financial analysis tools to evaluate company ventures or special projects, programs, capital expenditures, etc.
• Manage the preparation of official annual reports of actual revenues, transfers, and expenses
• Participate in corporate accounting and corporate finance projects as required

Profile

A successful 'Senior Financial Analyst' should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
• 4+ years of real estate analysis and complex modeling experience
