Client Details

My client is looking for construction leaders who can help oversee project teams and run large scale construction projects. This person needs to have excellent leadership skills, a visionary mindset, and is invested in helping develope other construction professionals. This person also needs to have experience working with clients and managing there expectations, preferably on the design/build side. This person will have the opportunity to grow into a Vice President.

Description

The Project Executive will:

• Plan and implement commercial ground-up projects
• Direct and lead the work of technical staff
• Evaluate new strategies and procedures
• Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met on all projects
• Maintain required project documentation
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
• Write and review owner contracts
• Strategic Planning
• Business Development

Profile

The Successful Project Executive:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Construction Technology
• 15-20+ years of experience in Construction
• Ground-up experience
• Commercial, multifamily or mixed-use experience
• Working knowledge of commercial construction technology and details
• Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
• Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
• Ability to build successful project teams
• No ego mindset
