Superintendent - Ground Up Light Industrial

Lead a ground-up light industrial build, managing fast-track schedules, concrete/tilt-up or steel erection sequencing, and high-volume trade coordination.

A high-performing contractor delivering warehouse, flex, and light industrial projects with a focus on schedule certainty, safety performance, and clean turnover.

Description

• Drive civil/sitework, foundations, steel/tilt sequencing, slab pours, and envelope completion
• Coordinate long-lead items (dock equipment, overhead doors, rooftop units, switchgear)
• Maintain strong QA/QC processes for slab flatness, envelope integrity, and life-safety
• Lead safety execution and subcontractor compliance
• Own schedule milestones and turnover readiness (punch, closeout, commissioning support)

Profile

• 6+ years superintendent experience; industrial/warehouse ground-up preferred
• Strong concrete and structure sequencing expertise
• Track record of delivering aggressive schedules safely
• Procore/similar preferred; OSHA-30 preferred
