Production Planning Manager
The Production Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning and coordination of manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production, timely delivery, and optimal resource use. They will provide leadership to the production planning team, and be responsible for overseeing multiple production lines with a high volume of components.

Description
This individual will be responsible for supporting their team in creating production schedules based on sales forecasts, inventory, and customer demand. Additonally, they will be in charge of running planning processes for all NPI planning within the organization and ensure material is readily available to meet production targets.
Profile
The successful candidate will have the following:
- High mix/low volume production environment experience
- Have experience handling significant amount of SKUs and change over
- Be able to balance plant utilization/cost and inventory in regards to plan attainment and capacity
- MUST have a strong analytical understanding of developing a productive and accurate production planning process
