Lead Superintendent - Multi-family - Northshore
We are seeking a Lead Superintendent to oversee large-scale multifamily projects in Lexington, MA and Swampscott, MA. These are marquee developments valued at approximately $75M each, offering the chance to lead complex builds and work with a highly respected general contractor.

Description
As Lead Superintendent, you will:
- Oversee all on-site operations for large-scale multifamily projects (200+ units)
- Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a secure job site
- Coordinate with project managers and office staff for seamless execution
- Monitor progress and resolve on-site issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Profile
- Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on multifamily projects
- Strong knowledge of wood-frame and podium construction (5 stories over precast garage)
- Ability to manage large-scale projects and multiple trades effectively
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with construction management software (Procore experience is a plus)
- Ability to start ASAP and work on-site in Lexington or Swampscott
