Description
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure all projects comply with drawings and specifications.
- Oversee material orders and ensure timely execution.
- Maintain project schedules and meet established deadlines.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with subcontractors to drive project progress.
- Organize and manage field documentation, including drawings and specifications.
- Participate in company training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Ensure site superintendents uphold clean and safe work environments.
Profile
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction.
- Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
- Proven experience managing projects valued at $5M or more.
- Strong leadership skills and a desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
