My client is a well-established general contractor in Norwood, MA, with over 35 years of experience. They specialize in healthcare and hospital projects, ranging up to $50M, with a focus on long-term client relationships. Their work is negotiated, not bid on, ensuring stability in a recession-proof market. The company is known for its strong benefits package and has never had a layoff in its history.
Description
The key responsibilities of the Estimator:
- Prepare estimates for general contracting healthcare and commercial projects.
- Collaborate with the company owners or Senior Estimator, depending on experience.
- Use Procore for estimating (training available if not familiar).
- Assist in maintaining project budgets and timelines.
Profile
The Successful Estimator:
- 3+ years of experience in estimating, ideally in healthcare or commercial construction.
- Ability to work in a close-knit, collaborative team environment.
- Procore experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills for working directly with clients and vendors.
Job Offer
What is on offer for the Estimator:
- Salary: $100K-$175K, based on experience.
- Health insurance, 401K, 2-3 weeks PTO.
