Quality Engineer
As a quality engineer, you will Improve quality by transitioning to digital record-keeping and proactively addressing potential issues through rigorous audits and reporting. Enhance continuous improvement by training staff on quality initiatives and leading corrective action meetings to ensure adherence to IATF 16949 standards.

Description
As a quality engineer you will be responsible for:
- Proactive Audits & Reporting: Shift from reactive to preventative quality.
- Digital Data Transition: Implement and train on electronic inspection records.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Standardize quality through training and meetings.
Profile
A successful quality engineer demonstrates:
- Bachelors Degree
- Expertise in Quality Standards: Deep understanding and application of relevant quality frameworks (e.g., IATF 16949).
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate and address issues before they escalate.
- Continuous Improvement Focus: Commitment to ongoing enhancement of processes and products.
- Effective Communication: Clear and concise delivery of information to diverse audiences.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to guide and motivate teams towards quality goals.
