Sr. Superintendent - $100M Ground Up Build - Southern MA
Looking for a Sr. Superintendent for one of MA's leading General Contractors to oversee an exciting $100M ground up build happening outside of Boston!

Our client is a premier builder in New England who has been in business for over 35 years. They pride themselves on a great reputation, great tenured employees, and a large amount of repeat business.
Description
The Superintendent - $100M Ground Up Project is responsible for
- Work in partnership with the Project Manager to identify and address issues of constructability or lack of scope during pre-construction phase
- Participate in development and final review of scope
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of project strategy and commitments incl
- Review submittals, shop drawings and other product data to ensure proper materials are being installed on-site
scheduling, logistics, phasing, milestones, inspections and quality control - Oversee all trades on site as well as Assistant Superintendents and Project Engineers
- Report to General Superintendent
Profile
The Superintendent - $100M Ground Up Project will have the following skillset
- Experience on ground-up projects $80M or more
- Public experience preferred - 149A
- K-12 Experience preferred
- A degree in construction or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Strong tenure in previous role preferred
- Desire to grow within a company
