Construction Business Development Manager
As we expand our presence in the region, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and open new market opportunities.

We are a leading general contractor specializing in innovative construction solutions across Southern California. With a diverse portfolio of structural and architectural products, we are committed to delivering excellence and forging strong client relationships.
Description
- Develop and execute strategies to grow our client base and secure new projects, particularly in the structural and architectural sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Southern California, with a focus on expanding our facades and prefab product lines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders in the design and construction community.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development initiatives with company goals.
- Provide technical insights to clients, leveraging expertise to guide them in selecting the best solutions for their projects.
- Lead client presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
Profile We are looking for candidates with one or more of the following backgrounds:

SEOR (Structural Engineer of Record) Experience:
- Strong technical expertise in structural and architectural products.
- Ability to quickly grasp our product offerings and apply them to diverse projects.
- A track record of contributing to successful business pursuits in construction or engineering.

Architectural Background:
- Strong connections within the design community, particularly in Southern California.
- Ability to communicate effectively with architects and design professionals.
- Experience in facades or other architectural elements is highly desirable.

Prefab Subcontractor Experience (e.g., Glazing) with Sales Expertise:
- Proven track record of sales success in prefab construction or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with prefab products and processes, transferable to our offerings.
