Description

The Superintendent - MEP Healthcare Experience Needed - NoVA and DC will be responsible for:

• Coordinating projects by supervising daily MEP operations, ensuring timely completion, and coordinating with other trades.
• Managing the team by leading and training the MEP team while prioritizing safety and performance.
• Controlling quality by ensuring all work meets specifications, codes, and industry standards.
• Enforcing safety and compliance by implementing safety protocols and ensuring adherence to regulations.
• Communicating with stakeholders, resolving issues, and providing regular progress reports.
• Managing materials and equipment by overseeing inventory and ensuring the availability of materials and tools.
• Documenting work by maintaining records of completed tasks and tracking budgets.
• Supervising commissioning by overseeing system testing, troubleshooting, and handover to ensure proper functionality

Profile

The Superintendent - MEP Healthcare Experience Needed - NoVA and DC will have:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, specifically with MEP systems.
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, relevant codes, and industry standards.
• Possession of relevant certifications, including OSHA and First Aid/CPR.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to quickly identify issues and provide effective solutions.
• Experience in scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating large-scale construction projects.
