A Superintendent opportunity in Greenville focused on a healthcare upfit project with a highly reputable GC. This is an immediate need supporting a surgery center within a major healthcare system.

Description
- Lead field operations for healthcare construction projects
- Manage subcontractors, schedule, and site safety
- Oversee project execution for surgery center upfit
- Coordinate with project management and client teams
- Ensure quality and compliance with healthcare standards
Profile
- Proven healthcare construction experience required
- Strong superintendent background on interiors or renovations
- Ability to manage fast-paced, technical builds
- Client-facing and communication skills
Job Offer
$115,000 - $150,000 base
