We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with 5-10 years of experience in managing interiors and infrastructure upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running their own projects and will be responsible for overseeing high-end renovation and infrastructure projects. This role requires expertise in managing complex systems such as generators, cooling towers, chillers, and electrical switchgear.

With a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects, including work for clients like Verizon and UPS, they are looking to add a talented Superintendent to their team to help manage projects in Malden and Burlington, MA.
Description
Superintendent - Corporate Interiors/ Infrastructure - Boston - Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of on-site project management, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, quality control, and safety protocols.
- Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project efficiency and quality.
- Interface with clients to understand project requirements and keep them updated on project progress.
- Handle project change management, assess change requests, issue change orders, and manage impacts on budget, scope, and schedule.
- Monitor project timelines, track RFIs/submittals, and address open issues, developing action plans as necessary.
- Identify and mitigate project risks through constructability reviews and implementing contingency plans.
