People Ops Analyst - Advertising - Hybrid (NYC) - $65-80K

Description
- Manage and optimize HR systems, including Rippling and the PEO platform, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Oversee payroll processes in collaboration with finance, ensuring seamless setup and auditing of employee data.
- Administer the 401(k) process, maintaining accuracy and ensuring timely completion of all steps.
- Create and maintain dashboards, analyze data to identify trends, and build presentations to support strategic decision-making.
- Support HR platforms, improving their usage and streamlining processes for maximum effectiveness.
- Act as a backup for the receptionist role when needed and assist with general administrative tasks.
Profile
- At least 2 years of HR experience, ideally with exposure to payroll, data management, and HRIS platforms.
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills; ability to manipulate data, create dashboards, and tell a story with numbers.
- Strong organizational and process-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ideally in a mid-size company.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a flexible and proactive approach.
- Must demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Job Offer
- Compensation: $65,000-$80,000 base salary + 10% bonus.

- In-office expectations: Hybrid model preferred, with 3 days a week in the NYC office for team collaboration.
