Traveling Superintendent - NC, SC, TN, GA and WV
A traveling superintendent overseeing commercial upfits or ground‑up multifamily projects across NC, SC, TN, GA, FL, and WV. This role supports long-duration projects with full site leadership and hands-on coordination.

Description
- Supervise daily construction activities to ensure quality and adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite teams for seamless project execution.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress and challenges.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns.
- Oversee project budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Travel across NC, SC, TN, GA, and WV to manage assigned projects.
Profile
A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:
- Experience as a Superintendent in commercial upfits or multifamily ground-up
- Strong traveler comfortable with multi-state project assignments
- Proficient with construction scheduling and field software
- Clear communicator with owners, subs, and internal teams
- Reliable, organized, and adaptable in fast-moving environments
