Description

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure quality and adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite teams for seamless project execution.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress and challenges.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns.
• Oversee project budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Travel across NC, SC, TN, GA, and WV to manage assigned projects.

Profile

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:

• Experience as a Superintendent in commercial upfits or multifamily ground-up
• Strong traveler comfortable with multi-state project assignments
• Proficient with construction scheduling and field software
• Clear communicator with owners, subs, and internal teams
• Reliable, organized, and adaptable in fast-moving environments
