The Assistant Superintendent - Reputable Developer - Charlotte will be responsible for:

• Reporting directly to the Lead Superintendent
• Effectively collaborating with the Project Management team
• Monitoring and tracking daily progress reports
• Coordinating activities with subcontractors
• Ensuring the project adheres to budgetary and scheduling constraints

Profile

My client is seeking a skilled Assistant Superintendent with significant experience in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will possess a proven ability to support project execution, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The Assistant Superintendent will play a crucial role in fostering collaboration among team members and driving successful project outcomes.

The Assistant Superintendent - Reputable Developer - Charlotte should have the following:

• A minimum of 3 years of field experience (Assistant Superintendent/Field Engineer/Project Engineer, etc.) with a General Contractor or Developer
• Required background in multifamily projects
• A degree in Construction Management or a related discipline is preferred, but not essential
• Proficiency with relevant software tools
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
