We're partnered with a national construction leader to find a seasoned General Superintendent to lead large construction builds and other highly technical construction projects across the country.

We're working with a nationally recognized construction firm, currently ranked as one of the top General Contractors in the U.S., to find an experienced General Superintendent to lead some of the largest and most high profile / high-tech projects across the country. Description
- Oversee the field construction of a large or complex project-or multiple projects-with full responsibility for operations, field staff, and trade partners.
- Act as a subject matter expert in construction operations, planning, and logistics across the organization.
- Guide project teams through detailed construction planning, scheduling, site logistics, and safety from preconstruction through closeout.
- Lead the development and review of project schedules, risk management strategies, quality control programs, and production tracking.
- Collaborate with project management and self-perform teams to align labor, materials, and field execution with budget, safety, and delivery targets.
- Mentor and support superintendents, foremen, and field staff with a focus on talent development, performance, and team culture.
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives including pursuit strategies, succession planning, and continuous improvement efforts.
Profile
- 20+ years of commercial construction experience, including extensive general contractor field leadership on complex projects
- Must have held a General Superintendent title on large projects
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, self-perform operations, safety programs, scheduling, logistics, and cost controls
- Experienced managing large field teams and navigating evolving project demands
- Confident working in live environments with high-end clients, engineers, developers, and design teams
- Proficient in scheduling and project management software (MS Office Suite, Primavera, Procore, etc.)
- Known for being a builder's builder-respected by field teams and trusted by executive leadership
- Willing and able to travel regularly; flexibility to support high-visibility projects across Texas, Virginia, the Carolinas, Georgia, Northern KY, and Ohio.
Job Offer
- Base salary of $250,000-$300,000+, commensurate with experience.
