Vice President of Development

Our client is looking for an experienced construction executive to run their preconstruction and Development team in Nashville. This Individual will act as the face of the company, driving new business and handling all day to day operation!

Description

Vice President of Development will Have:

• Minimum of seven year's experience managing preconstruction on multiple commercial projects up to $25 million.
• Minimum three years at the executive level managing their own team
• Proven Success growing a Business and Developing new relationships with Clients
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have the ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status.
• Computer Skills Required: Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to create material take-offs.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Marketing and presentation skills.
• Should be highly organized, highly motivated and a detail directed problem solver.
• College degree in a construction/engineering field preferred, but not required.

Profile

The successful Vice President candidate will have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field
• Diverse project background (commercial projects advantageous)
• Have experience in overseeing ground up Commercial projects
• Have a working knowledge of Preconstruction.
• 5- 10 Years of senior level experience.
