We are seeking a Sales Director to lead and manage sales operations within the business services sector. This role will focus on driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving strategic sales targets.

Description

  • Lead and develop a team of 3-5 Account Managers across North America, fostering accountability, coaching, and commercial excellence.
  • Drive growth across strategic and key accounts through both new business development and value-based selling.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance management to ensure accuracy and discipline.
  • Partner closely with R&D and marketing to deliver customized, formulation-based technical solutions.
  • Strengthen collaboration, pipeline visibility, and cross-functional communication across regions.
  • Play a key role in transforming the team from a transactional to a consultative, value-driven sales organization.
  • This is a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to directly influence commercial strategy, organizational culture, and long-term growth within one of the company's most dynamic global segments.

Profile

  • 8-10+ years of sales experience within personal care, home care, or specialty ingredients markets.
  • Proven success leading a commercial or account management team (3+ direct reports).
  • Strong business acumen, forecasting discipline, and experience driving profitable growth.
  • Technical understanding of formulations and R&D collaboration; a chemistry or technical background is a plus.
  • A hands-on, 'change agent' mindset-able to balance strategy with execution in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and elevate team performance.
