Description

The Superintendent - Public Projects Up To $50M - CT is responsible for:

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain project schedules and milestones.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
• Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and schedules to guide project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with project managers, owners, and stakeholders regarding project progress and updates.
• Manage materials and equipment on-site to avoid delays and maintain efficiency.
• Prepare and submit daily logs, reports, and documentation to track project progress and site activities.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment, resolving conflicts and ensuring teamwork among all parties.
• Ensure all work adheres to regulatory, quality, and contractual requirements.

Profile

The Superintendent - Public Projects Up To $50M - CT has the following qualifications:

• 5-10+ years of experience
• Strong background in public & K-12 projects
• Proficient in construction project management softwares
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience with construction managment at risk
