Description
The Superintendent - Public Projects Up To $50M - CT is responsible for:
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain project schedules and milestones.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
- Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and schedules to guide project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with project managers, owners, and stakeholders regarding project progress and updates.
- Manage materials and equipment on-site to avoid delays and maintain efficiency.
- Prepare and submit daily logs, reports, and documentation to track project progress and site activities.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment, resolving conflicts and ensuring teamwork among all parties.
- Ensure all work adheres to regulatory, quality, and contractual requirements.
Profile
The Superintendent - Public Projects Up To $50M - CT has the following qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of experience
- Strong background in public & K-12 projects
- Proficient in construction project management softwares
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience with construction managment at risk
