Assistant Project Manager - Tilt Wall - Houston Tx

The Assistant Project Manager will support the execution of large-scale, Tilt Wall projects by assisting with scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and documentation. This role offers hands-on experience in all phases of project delivery, requires large Project experience.

Description

• Assist in managing day-to-day project operations both in the field and office

• Support project scheduling, procurement tracking, and cost control processes

• Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams

• Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project documentation

• Help manage contracts, change orders, and project billing

• Participate in jobsite meetings and help ensure safety compliance

• Contribute to quality control and project closeout procedures

Profile

• 3-5+ years of construction experience, ideally with some exposure to data center, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial projects

• Ground-up construction experience preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)

• Willingness to travel and support nationwide projects

Job Offer
