Assistant Project Manager - Tilt Wall - Houston Tx
The Assistant Project Manager will support the execution of large-scale, Tilt Wall projects by assisting with scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and documentation. This role offers hands-on experience in all phases of project delivery, requires large Project experience.

Description
Assist in managing day-to-day project operations both in the field and office
Support project scheduling, procurement tracking, and cost control processes
Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams
Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project documentation
Help manage contracts, change orders, and project billing
Participate in jobsite meetings and help ensure safety compliance
Contribute to quality control and project closeout procedures
Profile
3-5+ years of construction experience, ideally with some exposure to data center, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial projects
Ground-up construction experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
Willingness to travel and support nationwide projects
Job Offer
- Competitive Salary - Between $90,000 to $115,000
Sign-on bonus and 50% target bonus
