The Maintenance Supervisor is a key leader responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and optimal performance of molding and facility equipment. This role manages daily maintenance operations, develops a high-performing team, and collaborates closely with manufacturing and engineering to achieve production objectives.

Description

The Maintenance Supervisor will:

• Develop and manage weekly maintenance plans, prioritizing activities based on production requirements and equipment criticality
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate maintenance team members, fostering skill development and performance excellence
• Oversee preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance for molding and facility systems
• Coordinate cleaning, repairs, and maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency
• Ensure all maintenance work and projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
• Manage spare parts, tools, and equipment inventory with proper storage and control measures
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all maintenance activities
• Assist with annual capital expenditure (CapEx) planning and project justification
• Collaborate with project management teams and external service providers as needed
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and support teams to maintain consistent production support

Profile

A successful Maintenance Supervisor should have the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years in a Maintenance Lead, Supervisor, or similar leadership role
• Strong hands-on experience in industrial equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
• Solid understanding of workplace safety standards and best practices
• Proven leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard maintenance documentation tools
• Strong time management, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities
