Description

• Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing commercial construction projects.
• Help manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Support procurement, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Profile

• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction or project coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
