Commercial TI Superintendent - Denver
Superintendent needed for reputable General Contractor based in Denver. This Superintendent will oversee diverse TI projects with some exposure to ground up core and shell structures as well.
Client Details
This general contractor has been a respected player in the construction industry for nearly 40 years, and their expertise in commercial building has led to a portfolio of successfully completed projects. Their commercial ground-up core and shell, tenant finish and civil projects range from $50,000 to $20,000,000.
Description
Construction Superintendent will be responsible for the following:
- Run/manage project from start to finish
- Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
- Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
- Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.
Profile
Construction Superintendent must have the following:
- Commercial experience required- 5+ years experience
- 5+ years of experience in the construction industry as a Commercial construction superintendent
- Strong mathematical and computer aptitude is also necessary.
