Assistant Project Manager - Commercial & Healthcare - Charlotte Metro - Responsibilities:

* Support daily project operations, including RFIs, submittals, and document control
* Work closely with the PM team to help manage schedule, cost, and subcontractor coordination
* Collaborate with design teams and field personnel for timely issue resolution
* Assist with change orders, meeting documentation, and progress tracking
* Contribute to a collaborative, solution-driven project environment

Profile

Assistant Project Manager - Commercial & Healthcare - Charlotte Metro - Qualifications:

* 1-2+ years of experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager
* Commercial construction experience required; healthcare project exposure a plus
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in project management platforms/software preferred
* Eagerness to grow long-term with a highly regarded GC

Job Offer
