Multifamily Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Multifamily Project Manager to oversee the development and execution of large-scale residential projects for a leading real estate developer. This role requires exceptional leadership and project management skills to deliver high-quality multifamily developments on time and within budget.

The client is a well-established real estate development firm specializing in multifamily residential projects, ranging from high-rise luxury apartments to large-scale community developments. With a commitment to innovation and excellence, they have a proven track record of delivering transformative projects that enhance the urban living experience.

Description

  • Manage all aspects of the multifamily development lifecycle, from pre-construction through project completion.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design and construction align with project goals and timelines.
  • Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and milestones, ensuring financial and operational success.
  • Oversee contractor and subcontractor performance, resolving issues and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project.
  • Lead project team meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and facilitating problem-solving when challenges arise.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any construction or logistical issues.

Profile

  • 7+ years of experience managing multifamily construction or development projects, including high-rise and mid-rise residential builds.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, construction processes, and real estate development.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, MS Project, or Primavera.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate Development, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
