We are seeking an early to mid-level Project Manager to oversee high-end custom residential homes and renovation projects across Cape Cod. The ideal candidate will have experience with project financials, scheduling software (preferably BuilderTrend), strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage both desk work and travel to project sites.

Project Manager - High End Residential - Cape Cod, MA - Responsibilities

• Lead project teams from initial planning to completion
• Oversee project financials and controls to ensure profitability
• Use scheduling software, specifically BuilderTrend, to track and manage timelines and project details
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety, and timelines
• Communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors, providing them with regular project updates via BuilderTrend
• Travel to project sites around Cape Cod as needed
• Manage paperwork and documentation in an organized and efficient manner
