Structural Concrete Project Manager - Denver
The Project Manager will oversee structural concrete projects across multifamily, hospitality, industrial and commercial markets.

The Rocky Mountain region's leading provider of concrete framework and reinforcement services. As partners with our clients, we have built a wide range of projects across the Rocky Mountain region, with varying scope and complexity. We are looking for people with structural concrete experience NOT flatwork.
Description
Responsibilities of a Structural Concrete Project Manager include the following:
- Keeping records and documents; managing change orders, acquiring building permits, processing necessary project documents.
- Updating and enforcing project schedules.
- Compiling documentation for preparation and maintenance manuals, physically inspecting projects to monitor progress and compliance with project standards.
Profile
Minimum Qualifications for a Structural Concrete Project Manager are:
- Must reside in the United States
- Must have a minimum of 4 years in the construction industry.
- Must have experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
