Description

• Oversee timelines, milestones, and budgets for on-time, within-budget completion.
• Ensure permits and compliance with all environmental and safety regulations.
• Manage procurement and allocation of materials, equipment, and labor.
• Supervise contractors and maintain communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, enforce quality, and mitigate risks to avoid delays.

Profile

• Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects, especially gas stations.
• Strong knowledge of permitting, compliance, and safety regulations.
• Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling with successful on-time delivery.
• Effective leadership and coordination of contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track record of completing projects within budget and maintaining high-quality standards.
