Project Engineer - Medical - Rochester, NH
The Project Engineer will manage new product development and manufacturing transfer projects for medical devices, ensuring compliance with FDA and ISO standards.
This role combines hands-on design work with leadership responsibilities across engineering, quality, and production.

Description
As a Project Engineer, you will oversee the full lifecycle of medical device projects, from concept through production. This includes managing timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
You will perform hands-on design work and coordinate cross-functional activities to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new product development and manufacturing transfer projects.
- Perform hands-on design using CAD tools and machining equipment.
- Coordinate activities across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing.
Profile
The ideal Project Engineer has experience with project management and a background in regulated medical device environments.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, influencing stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, or related engineering field.
- 7+ years in medical device manufacturing or product development.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and knowledge of FDA QSR and ISO 13485.
