Key Responsibilities of a Marketing Assistant | Commercial Construction - Folsom, CA

• Assist in the preparation and formatting of RFQs, RFPs, and bid packages.
• Coordinate deadlines and help ensure submissions are compliant and timely.
• Assist in creating presentations, case studies, and visual content for client pitches.
• Maintain and update marketing materials (e.g., brochures, project one-pagers, firm profiles).
• Support with drafting, scheduling, and posting on social media platforms
• Help plan industry events, job fairs, and internal company functions.
