Description

• Oversee all daily operations and trade coordination for the East Tower

• Manage schedule, budget, and quality across all trades

• Lead a site-based team that includes a Senior PM, Assistant PM, and a Field Ops Manager with 4 Assistant Superintendents

• Maintain strict adherence to safety, logistics, and compliance standards

• Communicate proactively with ownership, consultants, and internal stakeholders

Profile

• Proven experience managing large-scale high-rise residential or mixed-use construction projects

• Strong trade coordination skills and the ability to lead complex vertical construction

• Comfortable working daily on-site with hands-on involvement in the field

• Excellent communication, scheduling, and team leadership skills

• OSHA certified
