Project Manager - High Rise Construction
- Project Manager with experience from top GCs in the area on high rise multifamily/ mixed use buildings
- ground up and interiors experience, local to Hallandale, FL

Description
Oversee all daily operations and trade coordination for the East Tower
Manage schedule, budget, and quality across all trades
Lead a site-based team that includes a Senior PM, Assistant PM, and a Field Ops Manager with 4 Assistant Superintendents
Maintain strict adherence to safety, logistics, and compliance standards
Communicate proactively with ownership, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Profile
Proven experience managing large-scale high-rise residential or mixed-use construction projects
Strong trade coordination skills and the ability to lead complex vertical construction
Comfortable working daily on-site with hands-on involvement in the field
Excellent communication, scheduling, and team leadership skills
- OSHA certified
