Description

• Oversee project planning and constructability reviews, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules with daily updates and monthly look-aheads to meet deadlines.
• Manage bidding, subcontractor qualification, scope preparation, and contract negotiations, including change orders.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, respond to RFIs and submittals, and enforce strict safety standards on-site.
• Monitor budgets, review invoices, and conduct regular progress meetings to ensure successful project completion.

Profile

• 5+ years of previous experience working with a General Contractor
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field a plus
• Experience handling commercial projects, specifically tilt-wall construction projects
• Strong software and technology skills is a plus
• Able to communicate and be organized
• Time Management Skills - making sure everything is on time and completed thoroughly
• Experience with a team structure a plus

Job Offer

• Base salary: $130,000 - $165,000
