Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee and manage project teams, including project engineers, assistant PMs, and superintendents.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, building codes, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and subcontractor agreements.
• Lead regular project meetings and provide ongoing communication with internal and external teams.
• Manage risk, resolve conflicts, and troubleshoot issues to keep projects on track.
• Monitor progress and provide accurate reporting to leadership and clients.
• Support and mentor junior staff to promote professional development and project success.

Profile

• 10+ years experience with a general contractor
• MUST have previous project experience on ground-up new builds >$50 million
• 4 year Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field of study preferred
• Must have an outstanding business acumen and professional demeanor to manage client relationships
• Possess values of integrity, honesty, and self-improvement
• Software proficiency with the following preferred but not required: AutoDesk, Onscreen Takeoff, REVIT

• Base salary 140 - 175K+ commensurate with experience
