As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing HR systems to support operational goals. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure data integrity in SAP SuccessFactors.

Description

  • Maintain and optimize SAP SuccessFactors to support HR and organizational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to address system-related needs and enhancements.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and implementing best practices.
  • Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Provide end-user training and support to maximize system utilization.
  • Lead system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.
  • Document system configurations, workflows, and processes for future reference.
  • Stay updated on HRIS trends and recommend system improvements as needed.

Profile

A successful HRIS Analyst should have:

  • Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors (required).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in developing reports and leveraging system analytics.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to staying current with HR technology trends.
  • Ability to work onsite in Worcester County, MA, 3 days a week.
