Description

The Construction Superintendent High End Residential Construction is responsible for

• Lead and manage the Project Team team to ensure efficient operations.
• Develop and implement procedures and ensure implementation.
• Communicate with client clearly for project timeline
• Plan and manage all site activities
• Monitor inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Ensure health and safety policies are complied with.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and service providers.

Profile

A successful Construction Superintendent High End Residential Construction will have the following skills

• 5+ Years of experience in high end residential building
• Strong knowledge of technical aspects of construction
• Familiarity with Co-Construct is a plus
• OSHA certifications are a plus
• Commutable to Metro-west of Boston
• Experience with projects up to $5M
• Experience dealing with architects
• Experience communicating with owners
• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
