Description

Estimator - Ground Up Commercial - West Bridgewater, MA - Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and detailed cost estimates for ground-up construction and renovation projects, including multifamily, hospitality, retail, and restaurant projects.
• Collaborate with the project team, including the owner and CFO, to ensure estimates align with project scope and budget.
• Prepare take-offs using Procore and On Screen Take-off.
• Provide timely and clear communication with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Assist in business development efforts by working closely with the team on networking and client outreach.

Profile

Estimator - Ground Up Commercial - West Bridgewater, MA - Will have

• 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial, hospitality, restaurant, or retail projects.
• Experience with ground-up construction is preferred.
• Proficiency in Procore and On Screen Take-off.
• Client-facing experience and familiarity with business development.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Offer

Estimator - Ground Up Commercial - West Bridgewater, MA - Will receive

• Compensation: $80K - $120K+ based on experience
