National Account Manager - Retail

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the brand's existing grocery business in addition to winning new accounts. The person must come directly from animal protein.

Client Details

The company is a high-growth natural meat company which has been growing 50%+ YOY. They have a well established retail and grocery presence across natural, conventional, club and foodservice.

Description

- Strategic Account Management across natural and conventional grocery

- Prospecting and winning new retail business.

- Build and maintain a detailed sales plan, pipeline, and budget.

- Meet or exceed revenue targets, both winning new accounts and growing current accounts.

- Design, implement, enforce, and optimize promotional plans.

- Manage retail and distributor show calendar, budgets, and pre and post marketing

Profile

The successful candidate will come directly from animal protein with a proven track record of winning new natural and conventional grocery business. The company is looking for a highly entrepreneurial strategic national accounts person with the ability to work independently in a remote-based position drive revenue across multiple channels.
