Description

• Source and identify high-potential candidates for teaching and school-based roles
• Use job boards, social media, and outreach strategies to build candidate pipelines
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Track and manage candidates using our applicant tracking system

Profile

• Bachelor's degree (or currently completing one)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Interest in recruiting, HR, or education
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
