Description

• Assist project managers in overseeing light commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project time-lines.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors to coordinate project activities and resolve any issues that arise.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Participate in progress meetings, prepare reports, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
• Support project managers in managing subcontractor agreements, change orders, and project closeout processes.
• Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure.
• Passion for architecture and innovative design.

Job Offer

• Competitive base salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000, based on experience and qualifications.
