My Client is is a family-owned general contractor based in Middletown, RI, with nearly 50 years in business. Recognized as one of Rhode Island's most reputable builders, they specialize in projects ranging from high-end custom homes to large and technically demanding commercial and institutional structures. The company is known for its passion for quality and commitment to excellence in general contracting and construction management.
Description
- Lead all field operations and on-site teams
- Coordinate scheduling, subcontractor management, and quality control
- Monitor safety compliance and enforce site protocols
- Communicate progress with project managers and stakeholders
- Problem solve in real time to keep job moving efficiently
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients, inspectors, and trades
Profile
- Experience working on residential and light commercial construction projects
- Brings between 5-10 years of Superintendent experience
- Based in Rhode Island
- Familiarity with the Rhode Market
- Has experience working on jobs between $1 - $15 million.
- Can lead projects from start to close-out..
Job Offer
- Competitive base salary up to $140,000
- Vehicle or vehicle allowance
- 401k up to 5% match
- 10% annual bonus
