Knowledge & Innovation Attorney (Litigation)
This role supports the Litigation department by developing and managing knowledge resources, training programs, and technology-enabled practice improvements. It also plays a key part in evaluating and integrating AI tools, advancing innovation initiatives, and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of litigation workflows.

Description
- Develop, update, and manage training materials, guidance documents, and other knowledge resources
- Curate and maintain precedent collections and conduct matter debriefs to support analysis
- Partner with leadership to identify training needs and design appropriate training resources
- Guide attorneys in using internal and external learning tools
- Deliver training on knowledge management tools, resources, and best practices
- Stay current on emerging technologies and KM systems relevant to litigation
- Collaborate with the KM team on innovation and technology projects
- Support and scale pilot initiatives, gather feedback, and track outcomes
- Evaluate generative AI capabilities and develop tailored prompts for legal tasks
- Provide guidance on effective, ethical, and secure AI use
- Gather feedback on KM systems and leverage attorney engagement to support adoption
- Document best practices and lessons learned on technology evaluation and implementation
- Identify gaps in KM systems and develop solutions to address them
- Create workflows that improve efficiency in common matter types
- Build strong relationships across the department and encourage knowledge sharing

Profile
A successful candidate should have:
- JD degree and significant litigation experience (5-7 years preferred)
- Strong organizational, project management, and time‑management skills
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to take ownership while collaborating effectively
- Skilled at developing creative, iterative solutions to complex problems
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Able to work confidently with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Maintains discretion, professionalism, and composure under pressure
- Highly responsive with a commitment to superior client service
- Comfortable with Excel and able to produce compelling PowerPoint materials
- Demonstrated aptitude for technology, particularly in organizing information and applying AI in legal workflows
- Experience collaborating with partners in a large law‑firm environment
