Construction Senior Estimator - Manhattan, NY
A premier Commercial General Contractor is seeking a Senior Estimator with expertise in commercial interiors to lead preconstruction efforts on high-end fit-outs and renovation projects. This role is responsible for managing detailed takeoffs, bid coordination, and cost analysis to ensure competitive and accurate project proposals.

Description
Lead the estimating process from conceptual budgeting through final bid submission.
Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, solicit subcontractor pricing, and analyze scopes for alignment and accuracy.
Collaborate with project executives, architects, and clients to refine project scope and value engineering opportunities.
Maintain cost databases, historical pricing records, and market intelligence to inform competitive bids.
Profile
The ideal Senior Estimator has 7+ years of estimating experience, with a strong background in commercial interior construction. They are analytical, highly organized, and confident in reading plans, managing subcontractor relationships, and presenting cost strategies to senior leadership and clients.
