Description
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of SOX compliance processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support audit activities and address findings effectively.
- Design, document, and evaluate internal controls over financial reporting.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on SOX compliance and best practices.
- Analyze and address control deficiencies, recommending improvements where necessary.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align internal controls with company objectives.
- Monitor changes in regulations and standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Prepare and present reports on SOX compliance to senior management.
