This role involves overseeing projects from preconstruction to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence while working closely with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.

Description

• Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Oversee permits, inspections, and compliance with local building codes.
• Identify and resolve project challenges to maintain timelines and profitability.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong background in ground-up and interior commercial work.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of South Florida building codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools.
