Commercial Project Manager
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Project Manager to oversee high-profile commercial construction projects in South Florida, including healthcare, education, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. This is a prime opportunity to lead projects from pre-construction to closeout with a well-established general contractor known for excellence in the industry.

Description
- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from planning to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor agreements.
- Ensure projects comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
- Lead coordination efforts with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Manage and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential issues.
- Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring efficiency and communication.
- Regularly report on project status, financials, and key milestones.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
- Proven track record of managing ground-up and/or interior build-out projects in the $10M-$50M range.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with Procore or similar construction management software is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
