Commercial Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Project Manager to oversee high-profile commercial construction projects in South Florida, including healthcare, education, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. Description

• Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor agreements.
• Ensure projects comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
• Lead coordination efforts with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Manage and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential issues.
• Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring efficiency and communication.
• Regularly report on project status, financials, and key milestones.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Proven track record of managing ground-up and/or interior build-out projects in the $10M-$50M range.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working with Procore or similar construction management software is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
